Wi-Fi and network help

Dropped connections and dead spots cost you time, and if you run a shop, customers. I work out what’s actually causing it, fix it, and check that the signal holds up everywhere you need it.

Sound familiar?

  • Wi-Fi drops randomly through the day
  • Parts of the house or shop get no signal at all
  • The internet is slow even though you pay for a fast plan
  • Devices can’t connect, or keep losing the network

What I do

  • Network check and speed tests
  • Router and access point setup
  • Finding dead spots and planning coverage
  • Guest network for customers
  • A basic look at network security
  • Shared drive and printer setup

How it works

  1. A short call first

We talk through your setup and what’s going wrong, so I understand the problem before I show up.

  2. Diagnosis on site

I test the network, map where the signal drops, and find the cause: the router, interference, or the hardware itself.

  3. Fix and check

I reconfigure or replace what needs it, then walk the space to confirm the signal holds.

Starting price

Wi-Fi network help starts at $150.

I give you the final number after we’ve talked it through, and before I start.
