Hi — I'm Kota. I fix tech problems for people in the Valley.
I've worked as an IT Technician for Shenandoah County Public Schools for years. Every day, I solve tech problems — computers, networks, software, devices — and explain things clearly to people who didn't study technology.
Along the way, I kept meeting local business owners dealing with the same frustrations: slow computers, shaky Wi-Fi, confusing email setups, no website, no Google listing. Real problems that were costing them real time and customers.
So I started Shenandoah Tech Forest. My goal is simple: give people in the Valley access to the same quality IT support that larger companies take for granted — without the big company prices or the runaround.
When you call me, you're talking to me. I show up, I fix things, and I explain what happened in plain English. No call centers, no ticket queues, no jargon.
