What kinds of tech problems do you handle?

Pretty much anything tech-related: slow or broken computers, viruses and malware, Wi-Fi and network issues, printer setup, email, cloud storage, and website or Google Business setup. Whether it's for your home or your business, there's a good chance we can help.

How much does it cost?

We quote based on the specific job — because every situation is different. Some fixes take 30 minutes; others take a full day. Rather than post prices that might not reflect your actual situation, we give you a clear, specific number after a free 15-minute call. No work starts until you've approved the quote.

Can you fix things remotely, or do you have to come on-site?

Many issues — slow computers, software problems, email setup, virus cleanup — can be handled remotely in under an hour. For hardware issues, network wiring, or when you'd just prefer someone in person, we come to you. We'll recommend whichever approach makes more sense.

How fast can you respond?

For urgent issues, we aim for same-day response. For non-urgent requests, usually within 24 hours. Clients on our monthly Support Plan get priority — they jump to the front of the line.

Do I need a monthly plan, or can I just call when I need help?

You can absolutely call on a one-time basis — no commitment required. The monthly plan makes more sense if you find yourself needing help regularly: you get unlimited remote calls, priority response, and a monthly check-in. Contact us and we'll help you figure out which option fits your situation.

Can you help set up a website for my business?

Yes! Website builds are one of our services, though they're part of a broader set of tech support we offer. Simple websites start at $350. We also set up Google Business Profiles so you show up on Google Maps — contact us for a quote. We handle the whole thing — no tech knowledge needed on your end.

Do you work with Macs or just Windows?

Both. We support Windows PCs, Macs, laptops, and most Android or iOS devices for basic issues like email setup and backups.

I think I have a virus — what should I do?

Don't panic, and don't click anything suspicious. Give us a call right away. We can often assess the situation remotely and either guide you through basic steps or schedule a same-day visit. Contact us for a quote on virus removal.

Can you livestream our event?

Yes. We handle the complete tech side of live event streaming — camera and audio setup, streaming to YouTube, Facebook Live, or another platform, real-time monitoring during the event, and a recording delivered afterward. We've done church services, concerts, community meetings, and business presentations. You don't need any prior experience — we take care of everything. Contact us to discuss your event.

Do you serve the whole county, or just certain towns?

We serve all of Shenandoah County — Woodstock, Strasburg, Edinburg, Mt. Jackson, Toms Brook, Maurertown, and surrounding areas. For on-site visits outside the county, reach out and we'll see what we can work out.
