Most everyday tech trouble: slow or broken computers, viruses and pop-ups, Wi-Fi and network problems, printer setup, email, cloud storage, and website or Google Business setup. Homes and businesses both. There’s a good chance I can help.

Most jobs land between $30 and $150. Some fixes take 30 minutes and others take a full day, so I give you a specific price before any work starts, and nothing starts until you’ve said yes. If something isn’t worth fixing, I’ll tell you that instead of charging you to find out. A free 15-minute call is an easy way to get a number.

Plenty can be done remotely, often in under an hour: slow computers, software problems, email setup, virus cleanup. For hardware problems, network wiring, or when you’d just rather have someone in the room, I come to you. I’ll tell you which makes more sense.

For urgent problems I aim to reply the same day. For everything else, usually within 24 hours. People on the monthly support plan go to the front of the line.

Just message me. There’s no commitment. The monthly plan makes sense if you need help regularly: unlimited remote calls, priority response, and a monthly check-in. Send me a note and we’ll work out which fits.

Yes. Simple websites start at $350. I also set up Google Business Profiles so you show up on Google Maps; message me for a quote. You don’t need any tech knowledge, because I handle the whole thing.

Both. I support Windows PCs, Macs, laptops, and most Android and iOS devices for basics like email setup and backups.

Don’t panic, and don’t click anything suspicious. Send me a message right away. I can often look at it remotely and either walk you through the basic steps or set up a visit, same day if I can. Message me for a quote on virus removal.

Yes. I handle the tech side of live streaming: camera and audio setup, streaming to YouTube, Facebook Live or another platform, monitoring during the event, and a recording afterward. You don’t need any experience. Send me the details of your event and we’ll talk it through.
